JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed off with a direction to the concerned respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion and in case any such representation is filed, the same may be disposed off within a specified period of time in view of the limited prayer of the petitioner.
It is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances before the respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 2 may disposed off the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter, if the case of the petitioner has not already been decided.
