The petitioner seeks bail in S.Kamal P.S. Case No.239 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115, 120B(1)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is for conspiracy along with other accused persons for killing one Rupam Kumari as she was putting pressure on one Sanjeev Gupta for money for compromise in the court cases.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he in custody since 22.08.2019. Further submission is that the petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion since he was arrested earlier also in a case on the allegation of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4841 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 recovery of one country made pistol and one live cartridge. In this case, chargesheet has been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with S.Kamal P.S. Case No.239 of 2019.
