The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019, dated 21.09.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 188, 283, 353, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.13075 of 2021(2) dt.24-12-2021 2/3 While the police party was trying to remove the encroachment under the orders of this Court, many persons assembled at that place and one Imtiyaz Mian is said to have began throwing brickbats over the police team. The petitioners are only stated to be the members of the unlawful assembly and no overt act has been attributed against them.

Some of the other accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail, which fact has been stated in paragraphs 10 and 11 of the bail application respectively.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section
