2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the basis of forged documents, petitioner had purchased SIM and was using it in the mobile phone.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. He is using the said SIM card since last 20 years. There is no allegation that he has committed any crime or the SIM used by the petitioner has ever been used in commission of the crime. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,
