No. 9456 of 2016 (Ashish Kumar Vs. Arayabhatta Knowledge University & Ors.).

2. It is, accordingly, directed that the said decision, dated 04.05.2017, shall govern the case of this petitioner also. The impugned communication, dated 04.03.2016, cancelling the result of the petitioner is, hereby, set-aside. Rest of the directions given in the judgment and order, dated 04.05.2017, shall apply in the case of the present petitioner also.
