The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/506/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Allegation is that the petitioner and others assaulted to the wife of the informant with bricks and lathi as a result whereof she died. The doctor has found a faint bruise over left side of lower end of chest. It is not specific that who had caused the said injury which was the cause of death. Submission is that false allegation is there due to land dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Case No. 74 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
