That this is an application praying for quashing order dated 12/08/2021 contained in Memo No. 1826 (Annexure P/8) passed by Respondent No. 6 whereby and whereunder the Petitioner has been relieved of his service by a perfunctory and a cryptic order and, further, for a

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 12.8.2021, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall decide the same on merits, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
