JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that except confessional statement of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 5th Additional Sessions Judge at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P.S.Case No. 47 of 2013. Subject to the condition that he shall attend the trial court on each and every date for the period of nine months or till conclusion of his trial which ever is earlier and in case of absence for two consecutive dates without any reasonable ground his bail bond will be liable to be canceled by the concerned Court.
