The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019, registered under Sections 323, 354B, 498A, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and removing her from matrimonial house after snatching personal belongings.

Submission is that petitioner is father-in-law of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive only to give pressure.
