2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 365, 366A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other F.I.R. named co-accused kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the victim was in love-affairs with co-accused Mukesh Singh and she wanted to marry him and thereafter, she fled away with cash and ornaments. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he has only assisted co-accused Mukesh Singh in fleeing away. The doctor has also assessed the age of victim between 17-18 years.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail petition and submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has fully supported the prosecution case and stated that this petitioner is one of the kidnapper.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
