Patna High Court MJC No.216 of 2024(3) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 counsel for the present petitioner that no positive direction has been issued in favour of the petitioner of the aforesaid writ petition, nonetheless the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner be granted liberty to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, in case of any adverse order being passed against her. Liberty so sought is granted.
