The present writ application has been filed for quashing of order contained in Memo No. 662 dated 27.02.2017, by which the respondent no. 5 has directed for termination of the services of the petitioner as a Block Teacher. The same has also been acted upon and the service of the petitioner has been terminated under order dated 15.04.2017, passed by the respondent no. 6.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition in order to enable him to file appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saran, Chapra (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority').

4. Learned counsel for the State dose not oppose.

5. In view thereof, as prayed for, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
