JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,324,307,379,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons came variously armed and started abusing when the protest was made then the informant was assaulted by lathi, danda and pharsa. The informant's mother-in-law also received injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. Injury report reflects three marginal lacerated injury and one swelling simple in nature. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.1474 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Sadar, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 288 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
