The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law. As per prosecution case the victim has gone to in-laws house from where she had given a call to her mother that she would be returning on the next day but informant received a telephonic message that his daughter has died. He has shown his suspicion that his daughter has been killed by her in-laws. During investigation it transpires that she most probably died on account of electric current. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6419 of 2016 (2) dt.02-03-2016 no reason to kill his daughter-in-law. He has blessed with three grand children. They are in between 6 to 10 years of age and there is no any motive to kill the victim. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Deo Narain Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 167 of 2015.
