The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 506, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have prepared fake documents to sale the property of the informant to other person.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is the purchaser of the said land and there is no specific overt act against him. It is further submitted that a Title Suit No.432 of 2023 is pending between the parties. He further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1699 of 2025(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No.80882 of 2024 vide order dated 09.12.2024. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since this is a case of civil dispute between the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Vijayipur P.S. Case No.09 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
