Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dagarwa P.S. Case No. 300 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 274, 275 and 276 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 21(c) of the NDPS Act, Section 27 (b) (ii), 28, and 27 (D) of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act 1940 and 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50076 of 2018. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.3377 of 2023(2) dt.25-02-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (I/C) N.D.P.S.
