No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases and there is specific allegation against him that he demanded extortion money and made firing but admittedly, no one sustained firearm injury and there is counter version also in which wife of the petitioner levelled allegation against informant and others that on the alleged date of occurrence, it was informant and his associates who opened fire on the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sonbarsa P.S.
