1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhore P.S. Case no.273 of 2023 registered under Sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 379, 325, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 10.06.2023 at about 06:00 p.m. all six named accused persons including the petitioner herein came to the house of the informant variously armed and started abusing the informant. On protest, accused Rayda Khatoon and Naushad Anshari assaulted the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2002 of 2025(3) dt.24-04-2025 2/3 with iron rods due to which he sustained head and arm injury. She further states that all the accused persons also assaulted the family of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady who has been falsely implicated in the case. There is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner of assault upon the informant. As per the injury report, the injury suffered by the informant is simple in nature, a copy of the same has been annexed in the case diary which is part of record. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and undertakes to cooperate in the case/trial.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Considering the entire facts of the case, it is directed that the petitioner above named, having no criminal antecedent in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case no.273 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, subject to the condition laid down under Section
