Taking into consideration that petitioner being husband of the informant is in jail custody since 06.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arrah in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014.
