The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 216/2020 (G.R. No. 2731/2020) instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 325, 120B, 302, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Sinha, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application as presently the petitioners do not have any apprehension of arrest.
