The petitioner seeks regular bail in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 21, 21, 22, 27(K), and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that a motorcycle was intercepted which was being driven by Ramdeo Bhagat. The petitioner, Chottu Bhagat, was pillion rider. From the possession of the petitioner, 4 K.G. of Ganja was recovered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1951 of 2015 (2) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 12.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33406 of 2014. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. It is further submitted that less than commercial quantity of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014.
