2. The petitioner has prayed for the following relief/s:- "I. To issue Mandamus to the respondents to grant the benefit of second ACP to the petitioner with effect from 1.10.2025 whereas they have granted benefit of second ACP to this petitioner with effect from 07.07.2007 which causes pecuniary loss to the petitioner in his salary.

II. To further issue directions to the respondents to calculate his pension after granting him second ACP benefit with effect from 01.10.2005 and calculate salary with effect from 01.10.2025 and give him benefit of pay fixation (six pay commission) and same shall be release immediately.

III. To further pray that petitioner had

3. Learned counsel for the State has raised a preliminary objection and submitted that the State Government has already framed a separate forum for redressal of such grievances, namely the Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rules, 2019.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to avail the alternative remedy by filing a complaint before the appropriate authority. The appropriate authority shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with the Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rules, 2019, within the time prescribed therein.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
