The petitioner seeks regular bail in Telhara P.S. Case No. 166/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 302, 201, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is Dewar of the deceased.

In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief
