2. This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 22.12.2021 passed by learned Munsif, Chapra in Misc. Case No. 60 of 2021 by which learned Munsif dismissed the application filed by the petitioner under Order 21 Rule 99 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a suit for the relief which he claims in the eviction suit.
