ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2019 in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.492 of 2018 (Computerized Registration No.1643/18) registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the joint family house, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-
