On 16.04.2015, the appellant was directed to take steps for appeal notice on respondent Nos.1 to 7 in both processes and this order was passed by the Bench but when it was not complied with, again on 23.07.2015, further one week time was granted by the Bench. Again, it was not complied with. Therefore, on 25.08.2015, again ten days time was granted but neither anyone is appearing nor the order of the Bench has been complied with in spite of repeated directions.

Therefore, this appeal is dismissed against the respondent Nos.1 to 7 for non-compliance of the repeated orders passed by this Court.
