ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under sections 498 9A)/326/307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination alongwith a copy of this order to the concerned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4044 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 Superintendent of Police, Siwan who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
