Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.10.2014 on the accusation that he appeared in examination in place of one Mohan Kumar Mandal@ Mohan Mandal.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.Case No. 474 of 2014.
