One co-accused Bigu Chuadhary was caught on spot and disclosed the name of his associates including the petitioner. The co-accused Bigu Chaudhary has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 3.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48669 of 2014. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
