2. It is jointly prayed by both the learned counsel for the parties that both the parties are ready to settle the dispute amicably. In this regard, learned counsel for the appellant has filed one Joint petition in which he has undertaken the fact that

Patna High Court MA No.23 of 2022(6) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 he will deposit the amount of Rs.20,00,000/-(Twenty lakhs only) including all to the respondents as a final settlement to the dispute which has arisen between them.

3. Considering the Joint petition filed by learned counsel for the appellant, the present Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in the light of Joint petition.
