JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2019. The petitioner is supplier and he has received check for supply of materials worth Rs. 1,50,000/-. The instant case is of accounting after proper measurement of the work done.
