The petitioner is accused in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a), 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 170.480 litres kept in several bottles from the rented room of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner was not apprehended from the room, which is said to be taken by the petitioner on rent but due to dirty politics, petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.11.2019.

No.1485 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Saran, in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
