2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No. 413 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 352, 118(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.
3. Allegedly, while the informant made a protest in connection with selling of liquor in front of his house, the petitioner caught hold him and other accused persons gave him repeated stab blow leading to serious injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the informant and the petitioner's husband are close agnates; however, only on account of some scuffle, the informant sustained some injuries but with a view to wreak vengeance, the

Even if the allegation levelled in the FIR is taken to be true, for the sake of argument, the allegation against the petitioner is of catching hold the informant. So far the allegation of stabbing is concerned, the same has been attributed to the petitioner's husband, who is behind the bar. It is lastly contended that be that as it may, the petitioner is a lady having fair antecedent and she undertakes that she will fully cooperate in the investigation and the proceedings of the Court.
5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposed the bail application and submitted that the petitioner has actively participated and allowed the other accused persons to stab the informant.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady having fair antecedent, coupled with the FIR alleging her limited role, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5536 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 3/3 Madhaura P.S. Case No. 413 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, with further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
