JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, only three master keys are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but it appears that up till now prosecution could not establish that the seized vehicle was of theft vehicle. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and it is evident from perusal of para-3 of the petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S.Case No. 87 of 2014.
