JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2022 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Barun Anchal, Barun to dispose of the pending encroachment case bearing Encroachment Case No. 13 of 2018-19.

The Ld. Counsel for the State Respondents submits that the aforesaid encroachment case shall definitely be disposed of within a stipulated time frame.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed
