The present application has been filed for directing the Circle Officer, Ghodasahan, to initiate an encroachment proceeding against private respondents and remove the encroachment from the public land bearing Khata No. 422, Plot No. 1992 and 1995 situated at village Bhatiniya P.S. Ghodasahan, East Champaran as the land is the land of District Board as

Patna High Court CWJC No.1879 of 2024(2) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 recorded in continuous Khatiyan but in spite of information the Circle Officer, Ghodasahan is sitting tight over the matter.

3. The petitioner is given liberty to file an appropriate application before the Circle Officer, Ghodasahan, East Champaran for redressal of his grievances.

4. If the Circle Officer, Ghodasahan, East Champaran, finds any merit in the application, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.
