This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 468, 467 and 420 of the Penal Code. The allegation is that the petitioner attempted to file forged cheque for withdrawal amounting to Rs.2,36,000/-, however, the cheque was identified and the money was taken back from the account of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the State is unable to point out what forgery has been played. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 88 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur.
