JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences under Sections 420,423 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the allotted share of the complainant was transferred by her other family members. The petitioner is a deed writer of the alleged deed.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against other family members who have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 21773 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1469 of 2015 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 1122 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
