JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2019 By filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought for a direction upon the respondents to conclude the investigation of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 instituted inter alia under Sections 419, 420 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 66(b), 66(c), 66(d) of Information and Technological Act.

At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the investigation has been completed

In view of the submission made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
