Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to village politics. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 12.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67711/2018. Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
