To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated31.10.2023 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa in Anganwari Revision Case No. 23/2020 and Revision Case No. 83/2020 filed by the respondent, whereby and whereunder he has allowed the case on wrong ground.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2587 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 (ii). To direct the respondent no. 7 to reinstate the petitioner to the post of Anganwadi Sevika in the Anganwari Centre No. 92, Panchayat, Majhari, Nirmali, District- Supaul."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
