2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mabbi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed dacoity of Rs. 4,50,000/-.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2025.

5. During investigation, the petitioner has been identified in the CCTV footage and the motocycle used in the crime has been recovered from the petitioner and in his self inculpatory statement he has said that a part of the looted money has been recovered from his house.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
