Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Initially, at Para-3 to this petition, petitioner pleaded that he has no criminal antecedent but by filing supplementary affidavit it has been brought on record that some cases were instituted against him by the father of the present informant. The accusation against the petitioner is that he as well as other accused lit fire on the person of the deceased but admittedly, having similar allegation co-accused Manish Kasniwal has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1321 of 2015 (5) dt.02-02-2015 2/2 vide order dated 18.02.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47791 of 2012 and therefore with a view to maintain parity of the justice, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No. 259 of 2009.
