JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.05.2017 in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.110 of 2017, S.T. No.832 of 2017 registered under Sections 385, 387 of the IPC and Section 3/4/5 of Explosive Substance Act, 1908. Prosecution case as per the written report is that on 10.05.2017, when the informant was sitting on his door, Subhash Yadav came and demanded extortion of Rs.51,000/-. Earlier also extortion of Rs.51,000/- is made by his brother, Umesh Yadav.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a land dispute between the parties. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that no injury has been caused to the informant, the petitioner, above
