The petitioner seeks regular bail in Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 456/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that during search one motorcycle has been recovered from house of the petitioner which is said to be stolen motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no separate case filed by anybody regarding the aforesaid motorcycle. From the seizure list, it will be apparent that recovery of motorcycle was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2018.

Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VIII, Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S.
