Admittedly, petitioner is younger brother-in-law of deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 03.11.2014 in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the IPC. From perusal of the first information report as well as impugned order of learned Addl. Sessions Judge I, Begusarai, I find that there is no specific overt-act against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Mufassil P.S.
