The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 265 of 2015 registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though, the name of the petitioner finds place in the F.I.R., but there is no specific allegation against him. Only allegation levelled against him that he is the member of mob.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
