Petitioner is in custody in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case was registered against unknown. He submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

He further submits that co-accused in the instant case namely, Sukhdev Muni has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 62981 of 2018 vide order dated 25.10.2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 18.8.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.548 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018.
