The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2017. He is husband of the victim of dowry death.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused vide Annexure-1 with direction to the learned trial Judge to conclude the trial within nine months without allowing any unnecessary adjournment. The said order was passed on 16.03.2018. The report of the learned trial Judge reveals that though charges were framed on 11.04.2018, only one

In the circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No.262 of 2017/246 of 2017, arising out of Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No.112 of 2017, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
