In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/directions for commanding and directing the Respondent particularly Respondent No. 4 to pass an appropriate Order in the light of the Order dated 31.12.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Revenue Appeal No. 09 of 2019 by which he has remanded the matter of the Petitioner to Respondent No. 4 Sub Divisional Officer, Jagdishpur to pass Order afresh stating therein that if in future any vacancy arises with regard to Public Distribution System Dealer then comply the Order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.2534 of 2023(3) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 17.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C No. 15958 of 2016.

(ii) For issuance / direction for any other relief / reliefs for which the Petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Revenue Appeal No. 09 of 2019 was disposed off by the District Magistrate Bhojpur at Ara remanding the matter to the fourth respondent Sub- Divisional Officer, Jagdishpur. Sub-Divisional Officer, Jagdishpur has not taken note of the order passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara. Therefore, the fourth respondent, Sub-Divisional Officer, Jagdishpur is hereby directed to decide the grievance of the petitioner in the light of the order passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Appeal Case No. 09 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
